Ubisoft Support Not Responding to Case Tickets?
My account was stolen and I wrote to the support team. It has been 10 days and there has been no response. How many days do you think it will take for them to respond?

We are talking about ubisoft, I don't think there will be such a professional support team.
I once needed some help with a technical thing, i was getting nowhere with their dedicated support system so i went to the support channel in the ubisoft discord.
I saw plenty of people who opened tickets, which were public to see unlike their website support system. People would ask for help, a ubi person would just give a canned response akin to " We're sorry your having issues, please tell us what happened" This would be the response even in cases where the person having the issue opened with describing their issue. Then they wouldn't get help. A few days later they asked for a response, a different ubi person apoligized for the lack of a response, then asked how they can help. The person told them their issue again and then imediately got ghosted a second time.
I think you will find a lot of the big name companies don't care about consumers.

it's the way of things now, maybe if gamers stopped buying skins.....they might start caring again.

Live support is closed, you cannot get any other answers, I definitely understand how bad a company ubisoft is.
i imagine the ubisoft suppor team has your ticket printed out and taped to the office fridge. they take turns putting ♥♥♥♥ stickers on your ticket as they grab a beer from the fridge and high five each other
Anyway, there is nothing we can do, ubisoft does not mislead as usual, this incident was a lesson for me to stay away.
