Ubisoft Support Not Responding to Case Tickets?

My account was stolen and I wrote to the support team. It has been 10 days and there has been no response. How many days do you think it will take for them to respond?

this exact thing happened to my friend and he talked to them many many times but there's no use for the support team in this game

Yeah they take forever to respond to anything it’s ridiculous. I recently delt with this took about a month to get it squared away.

It normally takes weeks to a month before they respond. Main problem is, there are too many people sending them tickets and reports. You'd think they'd get more people to assist their Ubi support branch but I suppose that isn't the case.

Your best bet. Send a ticket and wait it out. They might blacklist you if you keep sending multiple tickets in a short time.

They are on "Holiday" which means they are not in the offices until 2024 most likely.

Support is subbed out to overseas ya donk. There is no support unless you are a creator with a following.

bro it's ubisoft do not expect help .They are thieves which stole accounts .for me on R6 "error" half of my operators and esepcially battle pass ones (which was canceled) were deleted .Not to mension all my skins and rank I'm again cooper.I was gold .Ubsifot when you pay for they're things they can delete them easily
