If you encounter a hacker on your team should you lose mmr? unless you squad up with him/her?
I think ubi should make it where if you squad up with a hacker/s you lose what you got plus more. If you encounter a hacker that you did not squad up with your mmr would balance? The enemy though will gain more than they would of gotten if they won a game with more hacker because the trouble with going vs hacker is bad enough.

as for the squad with cheater it would be nice if people were more punished but what if I didnt knew that the other guy was cheating and thought he was just good? What if my friend I played months ago started cheating now and got banned, should I get punished for that? and so on

This is a difficult scenario. I think it would be worth it to add a vote function to declare them as an hacker, then allowing permanent teamkills for no penalty for the rest of the match. When this command is invoked, a bot will then be dispatched to try and see if this was done in the correct scenario or if it was griefing. If it was used for griefing all mmr gains all other players got will be subtracted and added to the player that was griefed. If it was used correctly and the hacker was tk'd every round no one loses any renown. If they were not tk'd or if this command was never used and he is later banned all those who won due to them should either lose all their mmr from that game or have their new gains cut by 50-75%. This is my opinion on how I think it should work out, but I'd be willing to accept alternate solutions.

Edit:Corrected renown gain to mmr gain

Likely either a semi-permanent game ban with a chance for appeal, permanent ban from ranked or just being banned forever along with the hacker. I would only have this used if their support is blatant, as some people just want to try and ignore the hacker as much as they can and just want to move on to the next game.

I think this is something that could be solved by having bans on teamates of cheaters be appealable. That way those who did not mean for it to happen have a way to get back in. For those who did nothing to try and stop it do deserve to lose the mmr gained.

And how would you know who really was supporting cheaters and who was just unlucky? Everybody will claim that they didn't knew the cheater was a big bad boi and complain.

And by putting something like 1x unban chance then everybody would use cheaters to get boosted and use that 1 free unban if the cheater would get caught

I thought I said it in my intial response but if I didn't here's how that would work. Even if you didn't realize it all of your mmr gains from your match or matches with that cheater would be removed and they would give you a one to two day ban from ranked.
