So basically Oryx the kool-aid man has the Titan dash ability from Destiny, but also knock out shields. Basically Blitz in the cover art.

Iana:

Iana is basically the equivalent of Halo Reach hologram ability and basically makes Alibi obsolete in comparison of utility as a bait?

Alright now that's put aside, seriously though why does Oryx have the USP40 when he already has the Baliff .410?

Does this also mean Alibi's holograms will also be changed to match her cosmetics and also the ACS-12?

Oryx has the Bailiff so that if he doesn’t bring the Spaz he can still break hatches to climb through them, and the USP for if he brings the Spaz. Also Iana’s hologram doesn’t mark targets who shoot it, Alibi’s does.

Given the fact that shotguns are already very unreliable. Wouldn't most players run MP5 and Baliff .410 as a breaching tool? This would make the USP40 overlooked like how it is with Mira and Jackal.

I didn’t say players wouldn’t run the mp5 bailiff I’m just saying why the usp is there. I agree the gun is overlooked heavily but that’s just how it is since Ubi seems reluctant to really give shotguns a buff.

Not when paired with a good secondary as an anchor. Shotgun, SMG-11 is a staple for any Smoke, Mute player.

Also they’re great for their utility

IMO Oryx has a solid loadout as a roamer. Although I wished they had given him something else than the meta MP5 to give other SMGs some light like the MP7 only accessible to Bandit.

I like basically everything about Void Edge except for two things:

1) Oryx should get no damage after demolishing the wall.

2) USP 40. always was in shadow of secondary shotgun in all spanish loadouts and it's going to be a thing again but with Oryx. I DON'T WANT IT. This pistol feels like something new to the game even tho it been around for 3 years and in days when we don't get new guns ''because of licenses'', USP 40. JUST FEELS FRESH. Yet Ubi gave it to operator who has secondary 410. and his ability forces him to use shotty. There is no point to bring USP over 410. and it's just fact. Noone will do combo out of SPAS-12 + USP because MP5 + 410. is just a better choice.

I just really wanna see USP 40. to be used. Give it to Iana and problem will be solved.

Agreed. I mean the MK1 9mm isn't a bad choice of a pistol, but every Buck or Frost player will use it as their only option.

USP40 is always overlooked by Jackal and Mira when they have the ITA12S and amazing primaries. Hardly anyone ever runs primary shotguns with them at all in competitive settings

I'm really satisfied about Iana. Just need to know how to use her but should be my favorite operator soon thanks to her G36 and ability.

The real question is: does Oryx really needs this pistol while he has shotgun-like pistol?

Secondary shotguns utility are through the roof since you can keep a strong primary with you, that just means that anything that isn't a shotgun in the secondary slot of ops that have htme will never see the light of day, kinda like maestro loudout will always be LMG + secondary shotgun, same for alibi, mira, jackal, mozzie... and so on. It just creates invalid options pretty much that the player will be gimping himself hard for not using.
