Allow him to resist Zofia's concussion grenades, and for consistency's sake, breach charge effects as well
Make his gadget function like other cooldown gadgets (ERC, HEL, etc.) where you can use it any time without waiting for it to fully recharge
If necessary make the movement penalties more lenient

Warden is very powerful when/if he uses his gadget but he has no means of doing so reliably.
Giving him smokes would instantly make him so much more powerful. He'd be almost Mira levels of meta shifting.
