PC to PS4 Play - Can you use same account for both?

I have friends that only have PS4 (sigh) and want to play with me so I was thinking about picking this game up for PS4 as well. Does this game allow you to connect your Uplay account to multiple systems? I have almost all the operators unlocked on PC and would like to use them on PS4

If you have a season pass, do the characters you purchased become available on the other platform? I understand progression does not, so you have to level and unlock the basic operators again, what about the ones you paid for?

The games are completely separate between platforms. If you buy the season pass for one platform, it will not have any affect on the other.

You will need to purchase it on every platform that you wish to have said content.

Would i have my past progress i had before i got it on pc? Like i have all the operators on ps4 but i wanna play on pc so if i buy rainbow six seige, would i have the operators or would i have to buy them again?

What about the game, I own complete edition on pc and would like to know if I have to buy it again for the console. If I link my Ubisoft technically I own the game, so I want to know if I can just play it. Thanks
