Why not show us a recording of someone tanking 30 rounds to prove your point? I've watched plenty of my own recording that looked BS only to find out that my sights were on them between shots and off them during shots. I may have hit them once or twice and made some blood splatters, but I didn't shoot them enough to die

Sometimes it really is just players missing but sometimes game just broken, sometimes its a mix of both
You don't go scream "I HAVE A PROBLEM" on the forums and expect the people to find the proof for you
You can't expect to take a clip of a guy with serious packet loss and use it as evidence
Go on and watch it in 0.25x play speed and you can easily see every shot was a miss. Sure, they were off by a hair, but they were misses
Shot 1: Between elbow and waist
Shot 2: Barely missed her shin
Shot 3: Complete miss on the ground in front of her
Shot 4: Complete miss on the ground in front of her
Shot 5: Between the legs
Hard to say just because replays tend to be iffy in terms of proper recreation of clips
Not saying it did or didn't, but live gameplay will always be easier to believe than replays
===================
So you have a guy with major packet loss, a clip of someone missing every shot by a hair, and a replay clip. Replays have the potential to be valid, but from replay systems in other games not being the most reliable, I tend to find them harder to believe in high precision situations
NVIDIA Shadowplay
Windows Game Bar
All of these softwares enable you to clip the last 30 seconds or even several minutes at the press of a button. This isn't a matter of predictive recording where you start recording before you play your matches. These are features built into software that most people use since anyone with an NVIDIA GPU will have Shadowplay and anyone with Steelseries hardware will have Steelseries GG. Since Game Bar is pre-installed with Windows, everyone has access to that.
If you wanna whine and complain about something, whatever it may be, wouldn't it make sense to have some sort of recording to show people?

vs the sledge, they shot 3 times, did they hit his shoulder? how much higher must we aim so we can hit the head?

look at how many shoots they needed to kill off buck compared to ash, did their internet take a nosedive within those 5 seconds?

how'd they miss those legs? I mean, when they did finally hit her at the end there, there wasn't much delay or rubber banding was there?

That the hitbox doesn't 100% align with the model is a good thing considering how many cosmetics there are that resize the helmets and head but jesus lol
