sames here, played 4 games so far only 2 have be accounted for

I have the same issue on PS4, what is going on? My friend from the same match got his rp but but I didn't get any rp. Does anyone know what is going on?

i am getting the same thing played two round got the RP played two more and gained none, it was right after i ranked up to C2
