Why did they remove the newcomer playlist?

"newcomer" was just a place for smurfs to bully people. As far as I know they are working on some new solution for new players and just removed newcomer for now.

yea newcomer was never a good place for people actually new to the game, imagine starting the game and constantly getting crushed by self-proclaimed gamergods that are bored in their champion elo and need to relieve themselves by five-stacking casual gamemodes and absolutely dumping on the real newcomers
