I don't understand any sensor on an M-rated game...specially if it was already in the game...
It's the management that has an education in "sales" and no experience or interest in the product: they never played, they don't understand the consumer, what they understand is the "hip and up thing" that's visible everywhere: which just happens to be this pointless agenda that not one of their adolescent consumer give a ♥♥♥♥ about.
Don't take my word for it though, so here's Steve Jobs explaining it. Just replace Xerox with Ubisoft and replace copier with Siege.

Ubisoft promoted the sales wankers, ditched the product people.. and here we are. They snatched defeat from the jaw's of the biggest FPS that could've been, but then they listened to the ultra competitive, ultra toxic consumers and made it for them. Now they want these people gone from the game:
So the fan base is gone, the toxic competitive people are left.. and now they want those toxic people gone. Whose gonna buy skins? Asking for a friend.

They added an elite to the game later, that ironically, was successful purely because of a pantyshot. You're kidding yourself if you think Ubisoft got the license because they thought Siege and Nier shared an audience. Ela's default model is 10x more lewd than Iana's old pose, for that matter.
I'm just sick of people pretending to care. I'm convinced the world would be a better place if everybody just said what they really thought.
