I do lol. Its still a nutty amount of recoil. Meanwhile, his pistol has 0 recoil what so ever lol.
Even Capitao's M249 has basically 0 recoil.
Like why did thye feel the need to go and give Bucks gun the recoil of a hipfired M2 .50cal?
Recoils isn't that hard to control once you learn how to pull down each shot and control your mouse/aim.
Used to be worse? His recoil used to be pretty non-existant. Buck been my boi for awhile, hes probably got the most play time out of any of the operators.....Fuze might bring up a close 2nd in games played.
Seriously, first nerf Skorpion, SMG-11, and SMG-12 are three specific examples of recoil that is literally uncontrollable at any sort of distance whatsoever. The meta of the SMG-11 was back when it had an ACOG, since people could tap fire with it from a sizable distance and still have a primary to work with as well, which was what made Smoke an even better operator than he is now.
All recoil is manageable technically, but it's a matter of game balance. If they made a gun have recoil where 3 shots and you were already looking up at a 45 degree angle, it could be played with, but there would be a significantly low amount of people using it. Guns need to be balanced in a way where they're not too easy to where everyone wants to use it (pre-nerf Ela Skorpion, pre-nerf Ash R4-C, etc.), but not so impossibly hard to use that even the haters think it was too much (first Skorpion nerf).
Personally, I don't remember having a problem with Buck's AR at any point in time, but it definitely is one of the harder guns to use effectively. The real blow to Buck was taking away his frags and I will mourn that day for all of eternity.
I'm just saying that in the current state of siege, there are no guns that are hard to control in my opinion. Of course some are very situational, like the SMG-11 and SMG-12. But even those aren't hard to control if you have practiced the recoils even just a little.
I do agree with you on balancing the weapons in a way that they aren't too easy to control, but are also usable by the more casual players. Same with Buck's frags.
