Reputation ranking down for no reason

Went from esteemed to respectable like I did before for no reason I can think of.
Any conflict I had I didnt do anything violent/rude so I dont see why I should've gained bad rep for that.

If anyone knows why I keep losing rep, how to stop it, and how to gain it. Let me know I'd appreciate it.

1. Do not quit games until it shows up "find another game" or "quit to home screen" appear, as far as I have worked out this will seriously damage your reputation.
2. Do not damage team gadgets, make sure you go out and scan for the objective just don't sit there at spawn.
3. Do not team kill or damage you team mates.

This system is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and here is why:
1. Many people have the freeze bug that makes the game unplayable so they have to leave the match and restart the whole game (rep goes down, not their fault)(No reinstalling game or checking files does not work for that problem)
2. Some of your teammates actively troll you as a player, destroy your gadgets or mess up with your setup especially when you play a setup heavy operator, oh boy you better do nothing about it or else you are on Ubi's list of meanies (tell them to stop, ♥♥♥♥ off or simply leave the game because you refuse to play with absolute monkeys, rep goes down)
3. Teammates suicide themselves with your devices like Goyo trap, you guessed it...

Right now we do not get any benefits nor disadvantages for our reputation rank, but once Ubi will implement it, boys, we are all ♥♥♥♥♥♥. Right now you can report someone that trolls the game at least without you being hit with a ricochet (Ubi won't ban them because of "reasons" I guess), but soon we all will be loosing rep just because someone else is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, not only the ones who do ♥♥♥♥ like that will go unpunished but they will make sure that everyone else is affected by they monkey behavior even harder than now...

Many people have the same problem, game works fine without any problems or glitches and then you start second match without restarting the game and boom there it is, the freeze.
Every time a patch notes are posted on R6S forums like reddit for example, the topic of this bug comes in, it all started with MUTE protocol so like 5 months ago and every time Ubi response is "we are aware" without even a hint of what will they try to do about it.
Game worked fine before that patch so clearly something they added with it broke the game for many people.
Even here on steam you can see in discussions that people are still getting that bug.

then you are lucky and you cant just say that the bug isnt true because you never expierinced it, people like you should be quiet honestly its so frustrating ,,its your pc not the game" you cant even say anything about it because you dont suffer from it so be quiet.

Oh don't you worry mate Ubisoft is "aware of the problem" for the last 5 months, does it make you feel better that they "aware", they wont do ♥♥♥♥ about it but they are "aware".

I have pretty old hardware running this game and i only experienced freezing in doctor curse event
