Operator vs Ultimate Edition?

I bought the starter edition of the game on Steam way back in 2017 and I've managed to unlock all the base operators back then. I've started playing again now and I am having a blast.

I'm now planning to upgrade my edition. Which edition do you think is the best to get? Thanks

Oh I've forgot to mention, the Operator Edition costs 1400ars while the Ultimate is around 2100ars in our region.

I know which contents are there. I'm asking which edition is better to get. Is it worth spending more to get the Disruptor pack? or should I just save it for other games or to get the battlepass instead.
