Best time to play ranked at?

what time do most of you guys queue ranked? It either takes forever to find a game or it just doesnt happen at all.

Nights/evenings and weekends. I find that ranked players often play pretty late on weekdays(up to 2AMish.) After 2 you get the people from other countries with abysmal pings tho. (On US-West).

On the EU servers, the best times are ususally at night when the Russians have usually gone to bed. I have many complaints about Russian players, whether it be their behaviour online, especially to non-Russians (and even more so to part Russians) or their lack of communication in some instances.
If you're looking for English speakers on the EU servers, the afternoon is usually a decent time to find them. There can be some difficulty when playing in the evenings as you may find yourself with primarily French or German speakers.
