I don't remember nitro cells being that overpowered in the beta. It's sensitive as ♥♥♥♥ in Terrorist Hunt.

I never understood why Mute has a Nitro Cell...
Smoke doesn't need one either since he already has his gas canisters.
I'd like to see them nerfed but the easier and more likely thing for them to do would be this and it would kind of balance them out.
I've been dying to them loads recently and it just gets frustrating because they're so common and so many classes can use them.
Any half-capable shield user would then become impervious to nitro.

It's actually comparable to C4 from call of duty where people would just huck it and detonate it instead of actually shooting the person in front of them, Which in my book is relying on them to much. Either the AoE needs to be nerfed or the throwing distance. But something needs to change because at this rate there are people purposely going recruit just for the nitro cell.
and honestly, Some operators don't need them, Smoke has his toxic grenades which if timed right are good against shields. Bandit should get a shield instead of nitro since he can electrify a shield.
I know shields are annoying but you dont need to have 5 operators with nitro cells just to combat them.
I really don't see how you came to the conclusion that a c4 is 3 times as valuable as a frag.
Frag grenades are faster to throw, you get another chance since you have two of them, they fly farther and in a much better trajectory, they can't be destroyed by shooting at them and neither do they alert everybody in their vicinity with a ridiculously loud beeping.
