Unlock Multiplayer?

When is the Multiplayer getting unlocked?
I played 6 tutorials so far on normal and hard. Its still locked.

It's possible, that you have launched the game before it downloaded all it's content. When it gets to 100% then you will be able to play Multiplayer and Terrorist Hunt.

I bought the game on Disk and installed it and the patch.
The only content I still needed to download is the Ultra HD texturepack.

It still might be a reason why it's locked out. Wait until the download is complete. If it still will be locked, then play some more situations. Restarting uplay and game could help as well.

There are some other issues where restarting the game and uplay resolves it. I've had it happen several times when unlocking skins.

That's for Ranked. Casual is unlocked by default.

Ah. My bad. I stand corrected. No idea what is causing issues with the OP then.

If he's already done a restart of all clients I'd say it's a support ticket with Ubi. :/

Are you sure you're connected to the UPLay? Multiplayer and Terrorist Hunt show as locked if you aren't

As far as I know you don't needa to anything to unlock MP lol, You need to be level 20 to play ranked though
