As has been mentioned already, House and Plane, but I have to add he's also rather effective on Kanal. (Or I've had success with him on it anyway...)

I typically run Reflex for the gun, both for the crosshair when scoped, and for a decent sight unscoped.

Map wise, it all depends on the person, but House and Kanal are good spots to run to get used to him.

I'd go with Red Dot. The green and holo sights are too small for me unless zoomed in with the scope. With the Red Dot, it's still fairly visible when ADS yetsmall enough that it's not in the way like in pre-patch.
