Basically the title. Cannot connect to friends at all. error used to be [2-0x00000068].
this is incredibly annoying, and we haven't been able to play with eachother for weeks. this new update would be fun with friends, but ya know, ♥♥♥♥ me and my friends right?

Same, I used to be able to tether my phone to get around it but now I get the error even on a completely different connection. This is some BS and has been going on forever, WTF UBI

Try changing your connection in Windows from public to private if you haven't already, just search: change network to private Windows (7,8,10 whatever version) there's plenty of helpful websites that lead you through it

This sounds really stupid and I don't know why it worked, but I just lowered my graphics settings and bam. Worked and I can join my friends fine now.

Just try all of the solutions posted here, Try restarting router, Lowering graphics settings, make sure Siege and UPlay are allowed through your firewall.
