Can't load in to match. [Rainbow Six Siege]

When i join eny tip of match, right after the ''choose operator'' screen and everyone is loading into the map, I don't... ever. It keeps loading. I just installed the game and iv yet to join a match properly and play. And when everyone eventually kicks me I get stuck at a loading screen to the main menu. Then i have to Alt+f4 my way out. It's not the my internet connection i think because the same thing happens in Lone Wolf Terrorist Hunt.

Also I am using a laptop and it worked the last time i played last January.

I have this same problem, I've looked everywhere and I can't seem to find a fix for it. Anyone know how to get rid of this problem? Everyone else can load into the match but me, and people get mad at me and kick me.

Do you have a hard drive? Hard drives cause much slower loading speeds, and though you would load eventually, people kick because they're impatient children.

Same problem here. I have been talking to Ubisoft support for the last few months and they still have not found a way to fix this issue for me. They did suggest doing some manual port forwarding though. Do you guys have an open NAT type? Even if I do have an open NAT type, it still doesn't work.

For me Repair the game through steam fixed the problem.

If it's not the repairs most of the players cause to the long loads on certain people is your HDD. even my own good harddrive that's been good to me fluctuates on load times from instant to like 20 seconds causing everyone to call my pc a potato

Well... I have an ssd and I still can't load in. An SSD may help but I don't think it is the problem.

Yeah, i just got a new harddrive for the holidays and it doesn't even help. Ubisoft needs to announce some sort of fix for this ASAP. Ridicolous how when i first bought the game I could play but then I suddenly couldn't.

Alright, so uninstalling rainbow six siege and reinstalling it on my new hard drive seemed to have fixed the problem. it's stupid that I needed a new hard drive just to play the game, but this is the method that worked.

This problem isn't necessarily the fault of the game design, but the fault of the hard drive design.

The fact that this is the only game my hard drive has ever given me trouble with would say otherwise, I think.

If you are not loading into a game after a considerable amount of time, your install of the game or update may have been interuppted and/or corrupted. If this has been determined to be the problem, I recommend you use Steam's "Review Integrity Cache" feature. If this does not fix the problem, It will be useless reinstalling.

How to do it:
1. Open Steam
2. Go to "LIBRARY"
3. Locate "Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege"
4. Right click and go to "Properties"
5. Go to "LOCAL FILES"
6. Click "VERIFY INTEGRITY OF GAME CACHE"

What this feature will do:
- Update outdated files
- Re-establish missing or corrupted files
- Compare game files with database
- May prompt to install required software (such as DirectX 11)

I still have this problem, might be caused by nvidias shadow play, even when it is turned off
