My operators disappeared?

Over the weekend I unlocked almost every operator except a select few and the new ones, and now they're gone, all i have is the 4 operators i had before the weekend.

I have the starter edition and used my opportunity over the free weekend to unlock operators using normal prices instead of 12500rp per operator.

Now I opened the game to play a bit and have lost every single one except the ones I had before, and the renown points I spent on them are gone as well. Any way to fix this or did I just get robbed of all my RP?

If anyone is still having this issue i randomly finished a gsg challenge and got all my ops back instantly.

Even though this has been quite a while ago, I did manage to find a fix, more or less. I simply contacted Ubi support, explained my issues and the very polite man, John, helped me through. They didn't directly give me back the operators, but they added a s**t ton of RP and some R6 credits, just enought to buy all the operators i lost. I believe i had near 100k RP and 600 R6 credits. So I just bought all the operators I had/wanted again. Beware though, it takes a few days.

when I did this they just told me that this wasn't a bug
