How to pronounce the new operators names

I don't wanna criticize anyone's language, but as Ubisoft decided to use portuguese words for the new operators I think people should have the chance to know how to pronounce them the right way.

Caveira:
In the live demo the guys were always saying the name of the defender as "cavieira" instead of "caveira". In portuguese, the letter 'i' has the same sound as the letter 'e' in english, while the syllable 'ei', has the same sound as the letter 'a'.

So, the right way to pronounce the name of caveira is "cav 'a' ra".

Capitão:
Again in the live demo, the guys were pronouncing the name ignoring the ~ (with reason, this is one of the toughest syllables to say, because there's no direct correlation with english), which was leading them to say the word in a similar way to capital in english.

This symbol changes the way you say the syllable 'ao' and is present in a lot of words, like chão (floor), cão (dog), mão (hand), and so on, it also indicates this is the strongest syllable in the word.

The best way to learn this sound would be to put "captain" in google translator and listen to it yourself.

Now I'm curious. How DO you pronounce Montagne? I imagine it sounds like "Mon-Tain" (using English phoenetics). Or do you mean people are pronouncing it "Mon-tag-ne"?

I think its pronounced mon tanya...... I actually pronounce it wrong saying mon tain/// spelt for sound

I hate how people are pronouncing Caveira. They are adding that I before the "ei", because even in English it would not be pronounced "Ca-vee-air-uh".

And I'm an English speaker.

If I was to guess without the guy above explaining I would pronounce that as ca vera

If I was the head executive president of naming operators at ubisoft I would straight up make the season 4 japanese operators unpronouncable by the majority, as well as not even having any english translations
