cant play rainbow 6 seige after battle eye update

i cannot launch the game with the new battle eye update and i keep getting this messge

08:07:06: Starting BattlEye Service...

08:07:06: Failed to initialize BattlEye Service: Windows Test-Signing Mode not supported.

im using windows 10
