How do you delete key bindings?!

I changed the primary gadget button to tab and the secondary to middle mouse click and the scoreboard whatever you call the "~" key but it has a secondary key bind that I can't delete. All I want to do is have an unassigned key bind.

Esc doesn't do anything and F9 just defaults all the keybinds but does not remove any.
You are pretty much forced to rebind double binds, which can be a lot of annoying work.
