Pulse Counter?

So just unlocking pulse, i was playing him felt he was a tad OP with being able to see though any wall, while playing i came up with a couple counters.

1, If pulse is using his scanner, and thatcher throws a EMP and it explodes near pulse while he is using the scanner, the scanner is then dead for the rest of the round, (sounds logical and realistic as it run on electric.)

2, A new operator on the attacking team who has a jammer in a backpack which they carry around and it creates a Non visible dome around them, while it doesnt destroy devices it does stop them from working (aside from mutes jammers. Jammer on Jammer action ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) )

1. Thatcher can disable Pulse's scanner for like 5 seconds

2. IQ can already see him over her RED scanner sooo...

pulse is balanced now, they need to fix hit reg and the game will be perfect

Still unless the scanner is encased in lead if a EMP goes off near it while it is being used it will stop working period

Pulse knows his stuff and repairs his scanner in 5 seconds. Logical.

Yup he just carries spare screwdriver set, Capcitors, OEM PCB's, CPU's and Video Outputs

2nd idea sounds really good to me.
