How to transfer R6S to other PC?

So I copied R6 from my SSD to my external HD steamapp\common directory, validate it and good to go. I went to another PC to play it, start my steam on that external and it redownloading the whole 15g again. None of my steam game on that HD is redownloading. So How do I play R6
on another PC without needing to redownload?

you need to install the game on the other pc u cant install here and play there

Copy From - (Your Drive):\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege - To Your Ext.HD

Paste it into the other pc's Steam App \ common then intall R6 it will discover all the files and then u are good to go

i did the same thing....i clicked on play and it installed the game and then it started downloading from 15.6 gb of 26.9 gb....i tried the same thing on another pc...same story...also this process worked perfectly for CSGO but seems something fishy in R6S

Now rb6 become 50+gb .i tried copy rb6 from my laptop.. to my computer. i put on same folder.. steammap\common\tom clancy\s rainbow six siege.. and i copy ubisoft folder from program files and put on my pc at same place.. then i open steam.. its showed "Install"..when i click it..they start to detect existing files and update it.. now i can play rb6 without download it again.
