Can charms be used on multiple weapons once bought?

Pretty much what the title says.
If i buy a charm for a weapon, and that charm is also avaliable for another weapon, can i use it on both with just one purchase, or would i need to buy the thing for each weapon separetly?

With the exception of "Universal Charms" which are available for all weapons, anything else has to be bought for each weapon individually. The exception (I understand) is the charm bundle on Steam which unlocks certain charms for every weapon.
