In game sound very low

I have put in 200 hours into this game without issues and then suddenly this happens.

My in game sound is now 70% lower then all other sounds on my computer. Its literally unplayable. Ive even tried reinstalling it without any luck.

Ive raised a support ticket but they havent been able to help me yet.

Its weird because the operator windows all sound loud but when I finally get into a casual match its all quiet again.

Has anyone got any insight or any solutions. Thanks

Do I understand correctly that indicator of sound volume goes all the way down when you enter the game?

i fix it right now and i wanna tell you how fix it
its very simple : turn off your dulby sounds from play back device and in speakres or maybe you have dulby studio app turn it off

It workssssssss!!!! at first im not sure so i turn the mixer to 50 almost popped my ears.
