Just dropping armor and watching a door or window will help your team and practice your skills. When you see someone smash a window open over and over again it will steadily get better over time. You can also watch their toes to get the upper hand for doors.
I'd hate to mention other games but CSGO has a lot of community maps that help improve aim and such.

Your reactions have a better chance when you control what angles you are holding and know at least roughly where the enemy players are, because it puts you in more of a state of readiness.
If you have a 60HZ monitor and are playing people with 120 or 144HZ monitors, it is less likely you will best them when camping and waiting for them to turn a corner; instead, you must attack first and in a direction they are not looking at the moment.
Reaction time is practice but it helps when you can predict what the enemy is going to do.
To add to that, playing the game just doesn't help for me with reaction time. That's why I'm asking for tips or things to do on here rather than just playing the game more. My ability level has pretty much capped like it does with all other shooters (I suck at games, especially shooters, in general. Not just this.) The absolute highest I can get to is silver III, and that was only the result of playing months of ranked and staying at bronze. It doesn't exactly help that people constantly kick me from ranked games for sucking at the game and tell me to just stop playing when I'm trying to get better.
Also make sure you're playing with the right sensitivity. Especially if you have trouble with reaction time the default sens is probably WAY too high. Down from the default 50/50/50 I play at 9/9/27 (800 DPI) which is significantly lower yet I can still quickly adjust my aim as needed.
Also try playing with toggle aim instead of hold. The extra tension on your hand and pressure on your mouse can interfere with precise movements for some people (like myself).
I, too, need some speed and aim Improvements
And it will greatly hinder your ability to play effectively
