If you want to compare it to Glaz then don't,everything outsnipe Glaz.
should be even less accurate , less controllable(more horizontal recoil)... not much vertical recoil it appears to be ok on that side.
Remove acog scope.
30 rounds mag and make it a primary.
The P90 is good enough to challenge the SMG-11 for the best tap gun in the game.
Since the SMG-11 has a major weakness in regards to it's magazine size. With a Rate of Fire (ROF) of 1270 Rounds Per Minute (RPM) and a very small magazine size of 16+1 and very small maximum ammuntion of 48 bullets (≈ 2.8 magazines). You will run out of ammo very fast and you must be accurate and have good burst control as even small bursts can spend the entire magazine.
While the P90 has a a high ROF at 970 RPM while also having a very large magazine size of 50+1 and a normal maximum ammunition of 150. It too has an ACOG, and has clean iron sites making it good in Close Quarters Battles, while also having lots of barrel attachments and is on two good Operators (Doc and Rook).
Best one could say is the P90 and SMG-11 are equal high teir weapons with their own benfits and draw backs and the P90 is best for non-pros since you don't have be as accurate, and the SMG-11 is best for pros since to use it ideally you need a good aim and burst control.
