Your last resort is to use VPN to play. But I'd definitely recommend you to fix your router.

VPN is Virtual Private Network. It means you can "borrow" somebody network in other places with a cost of slower internet speed and it's unstable (high ping, could be about 160 - 250 or even more)

The reason why you have a strict NAT is because your ISP blocked it. You need to port forwarding or contact your ISP and ask them to unlock it.

So, VPN is a way to use somebody else ISP that has Open/Moderate NAT to play.

i called comcast and they did port forwording and didnt work

Did they know what port they need to open? Did they open all the port?
It could depends on the router too.

But anyways, like I said, if you feel there's no hope, then try VPN. I'm actually using it right now, but I have to play with 200 ping most of the time on Japan server. (Japan is a country with one of the fastest internet connection so after I use VPN and take the cost of slower internet speed, I get 200 ping)
