Console to PC progress?

I have Siege already on my xbox one and have all operators/good ranking on there. If I buy the game on pc, is it possible for my progress to transfer over?

My logic behind that is since Ubi uses uplay accounts to track stats and unlocks (I think at least) I should theoretically be able to log into the uplay account linked with my microsoft account (since thats how uplay recognizes me on console) on pc and have my unlocks transfered over.

People assume this does not work because there renown and skins don't transfer. This is only the case because the way you purchase addons and in game currency between the two platforms doesn't link. Everything but your in game weapon and operator skins, along with your level will transfer.

In better words; your level, currency, and level will not transfer, but your operators weapons, and attachments will.

Literally everything you have mentioned was already talked about in my previous posts.

Since the game plays very differently between the two, they're not really accurate as to how your rank would transfer.

Other than that, operators, purchased microtransactions, etc should transfer and retroactively add R6 credits and renown back for any operators/skins you bought on either platform.

Yeah, that's completely understandable. All the stuff you mentioned being transferrable would be very nice.

I also would advocate for the idea of a transferrable ubisoft account across platforms. I could be wrong but it seems like there are only a few things that could be changed since I am logged into my PC account on my Xbox One if at . Having the same level would also mitigate the smurfing issues by updating your actual in game level for both (or all) of your account. This with a large update of completely new maps would be an amazing improvement to the game!!!!!

Sadly, right now, that won't transfer across. Honestly, I seriously doubt they'll go the levels/OPs/DLC transfer route across all platforms. More than likely, if they did look at any kinds of cross-platform items, they'd probably look at doing it for charms, skins, etc. At least, I hope that's what they plan to do. No-one really knows if anything will change at all.

I agree about at least transferring with charms and such. More than likely I'll just buy it Rainbow when it's on sale then grind on it all over again. I won't mind too much, it'll feel good to re-unlock all the operators and level up again.

I had my Xbox account already linked to Uplay before I ever bought and installed on PC. I can confirm that nothing transfers over. The game is so good on PC though that I'm going to play it anyway!

What a damned shame. Would love to play on PC, then via console and have everything track. Had to give up one because I couldn't put in the time to get the items (skins, charms, etc.) during challenges on both systems. I sincerely wish I could play on both and keep my progress moving along irrespective of which version I'm playing.

In fact, I really don't get why I CAN link my PC/Xbox usernames via a single Uplay account, but not (at least) link the cosmetics via both versions. One day, someday, play anywhere will get further adoption beyond Microsoft/Capcom. Carrying game progress across console/PC systems is a great help.

I don't know who asked for ranks carrying over, that wouldn't be my position. Collectables, however, is what I argue should be crossplatform. Likewise to that "stoneystone662" user, I'm not for crossplay either.

I was wondering the same but I honestly could care less about what I had I just wish I could download the game on pc since I bought it during white noise when it was $60 on Xbox but I actually sold my xbox to buy my current gaming pc and now I'm sitting here stuck without my favorite game. it sucks that they don't just give you the game if you already bought it being that your ubisoft account has record of you buying the game so you don't waste money on the same game but sadly I have yet to be able to recover it. :(((
