I've had countless idiots on my team recently, The IQ of the player base has worsened due to hackers and troll and new account's who are most likely noobs and they don't understand how to reinforce anything or play objective and they all team kill and are brain dead.

Play lesion. Very self sufficient even if the team isn't doing that great. Plus when you get someone with the GU the team will hear that and know where the guy is too

Try setting up a small team with friends or join people from Discord, otherwise you will keep having issues. As for me, I had people that randomly shoot at the start of a match for NO REASON, has gotten me killed or others due to others running into their line of fire so an accidental t.k will happen without a doubt. If you are gonna try to act cool and like Rambo, get some actual kills for the team instead of shooting nothing.

The match making system works as well as the game does, absolute ♥♥♥♥. your either destroying the other team or being destroyed.

How about communication like voice/text chat. You can said no and they will stop reinforcing.
