For this particular 2-0x00019008 error code we would recommend you to try the steps in BattlEye's FAQ as this error is directly related to this software - https://www.battleye.com/support/faq/
One of the steps mentioned is trying to uninstall MSI Dragon Center, so if you use this program, please try uninstalling it, to test if this is causing you issues with Siege.
We also recommend closing down any third-party software running in the background, in case it causes a conflict with the game >

Another workaround a player recently found was to change their Windows Network settings >
- Click on Start, select Settings, select Network & Internet, select the Proxy option on the left
- Toggle the option Automatically detect settings to ON.
- Toggle the option Use a proxy server to OFF.
