ubisoftconnect keeps forgetting "remember me"

i had this problem for months until i went digging on ubiforums but now im moving into a new pc and i forgot the fix, all i remember is i needed to delete something. anyone know the fix to the issue ?

Your not the only one i go through the same thing every so often i think its some kind of security measure they put in place to prevent peoples accounts to be stolen and verify the proper person is logging into the account

Had this problem since uplay became Ubisoft Connect and never managed to fix it, i even tried all the tips online. The 2-FA of Ubi is broken as ♥♥♥, and you can see that a lot of players are affected by.
Sorry but i never heard of a fix which required deleting something.
If you find it again, would you be so kind to share it here?

i found a fix once that involves deleting something but i forgot it, its deep from the ubi forums

my solution was: launch uplay, wait till daily update installation is complete and login screen shows up; close; launch the game from steam, uplay auto-login to linked account.

It works for the day, but as soon as you turn off your pc or restart it, it forgets.

I have Siege on Steam.
If I start Ubisoft Connect first, it ALWAYS ask for my login.
But if I start up Siege on Steam, it remembers me.

yes, but you only start a small version of ubisoft connect then. When you start it by steam, the shop in Ubisoft-connect aint available for you f.e.

Hello everyone, thanks for getting in touch with us and letting us know of this issue you face where the Connect client not remembering your login details. This is something that we are currently looking into.

Workarounds we have given to players in the past that worked, was to make sure the Ubisoft Connect.exe file was set to run as an administrator, in its Properties menu, as shown in this guide > https://www.ubisoft.com/en-gb/help/article/000060505

We also advise not using Sleep mode on your PC and fully shutting down your computer instead.

Finally, we advise fully uninstalling Ubisoft Connect, then reinstalling the latest build from our website here > https://ubisoftconnect.com/en-GB/
