Name changing is not working

Its just not working how can i change my name yes i know the 30 days rule its not that i need help

The "ONLY" way to change your name is to go to ubisoft.com and click on account management in the top right. You change it there. If you're trying to do it from anywhere else it won't work. I had the same problem. Ubislop really needs to fix this and the 1000s of other bugs they have in thier websits and games.

the website is bugged. You can change your name from the uplay app settings

No its not that when you close the app or change it makes the codes not valid
