Thank you and I don't. Yes landing on your feet from such a height with no damage done does sound indeed weird and ridiculous but as I said I've seen children jump from similiar heights with various landing technics, so I think it might just be possible for a well trained soldier.
I think you're forgetting that operators carry at least 50-150 pounds of gear extra on them. We had to train for a full day on just learning how to jump off a little birds platform at 3 feet in the air without twisting an ankle or outright fracturing it. Also children aren't susceptible to stress fractures as much as an adult.

If you want to break your legs or even die from falling down 10 feet then play a different game, it's that simple really.
