They say it tends to take approx 30 hours to unlock 1 operator which means 25k renown. So basically quick math means approx 100 hours played.

You can make around 4k reown per hour in Thunt coop extract hostage in house, here's a video about it:

That doesn't take into account daily & uplay challenges nor reown boosters. A full squad of reown boosters should get around 9k reown per hour.

To reach 90k it's around 20-21 hs of Thunt farming without a reown booster, to reach 25k is 6hs of Thunt farming without a reown booster.

On PvP to reach 25k is around 30 hs that's what Ubi says on their FAQ.

lets say 1 match usually lasts 20 minutes
you need 90k renwon
90/1=90
90*15=1800
1800/60=30
30 hrs pvp
