cant login into uplay

i can login to uplay with my main account not the one linked with this id, i get either login error or a uplay service is currently unavailable. ended up getting account locked for multiple failed login attemps, even changed password then tried login in but cant

still having the same problem , absolutely cannot login this account
cannot contact support since this account cant login at all

whats pis sing me off is that i can login easily with my other account but this account that has all the characters and stuff wont login

and the worst part being when i login with my other uplay account into the support website it just keeps auto refreshing
