How much does rooks armor even help?

i dont even know if it makes such a big difference, so how much of a difference does it make?

It guarantees an injure unless you are killed by either a HS or an Explosive other than that I dont know but im sure there are rook experts here who will know

For example a common tactic is to injure a low hp teammate who has rook armor which you know will get injured so you dont accidently kill them

For most of the time, attacker will need one more shot to kill any defender who wear Rook's armor.

Always I mean ALWAYS pick up rook armor IF you're safe, otherwise, dont risk your life just to pick up armor
