missing data permission

so siege wasn't updating for me, so i decided to try the deinstall and reinstall but now steam is saying that I or steam itself lacks the data permission and therefore doesn't let me download the game again.
anyone know what i could try to fix that?

so i waited 24 hours and now it suddenly downloaded it no problem.
very weird and also, i figured out how to solve that Win32:BogEnt [Susp], which was the reason i deinstalled siege in the first place. now siege is updated and installed

How did you solve it? I got that issue as well.... :(

this is over a year old and also, I haven't played siege in over 9 months, so I don't remember how to solve that issue.
