Report a translation problem
Regardless, there are bans in place for abusive behavior. The RFF system is supposed to help combat TKing. If you feel someone is abusing the system, you should report them with the in-game Griefing button. If you have any clips, you can also submit a manual Conduct Report through our support portal.
Reports are handled on a case by case basis. This means that it can take a bit of time to go through incoming reports. While it may feel like nothing has been done, it most likely is in the works. It could also be the player has just finished the ban sentence. I understand you may feel like the reports are useless, but I can assure you those reports are handled.
