Switching accounts

I just bought a second account on "Uplay" for my daughter, i have another account on "Steam" already, icant switch between the 2 of them, i get an message i have to instal the steam version, but i already installed the uplay version.. is it really necessary to instal both the steam and the uplay to switch between the accounts? That means buying a second ssd 2.. hmmz, someone can help me with this?

Daughters account steam, my on uplay. Uplay version is installed right now on my ssd. When login to the other account and start it trought uplay it wants to instal the steam version.

Thanks for clarifying! If you own the game on Steam, it will have to be installed as they are owned on different launchers, and are therefore separate. A game owned on Steam has to be launched on Steam first, not Uplay.

I think you can workaround it. If you have a game installed on steam and want to launch it from uplay then...:
1. login to uplay account you want to launch it from
2. go to library, to siege, there you will see option "locate installed game" and select where steam game is installed.

Thnx for the replys, i use a account switcher and it is very easy to install and use, google "siege account switcher" makers name is "Sonicmastr500" i can now easily switch between accounts.
The install notes come with the download.
