Generally in ranked gaming overall, its usually harder to rank up in EU because players are from different countries and have a lot harder time communicating. If you're on NA you'll find literally everyone talks and uses mic reguarly while on EU the only time someone uses mic is to complain or give the most useless info 8 minutes after they've died. So if you're solo queing, getting to diamond in EU is usually harder than NA, meaning EU Diamonds CAN a lot of the time be better. This is not like a 100% thing, just my experience from playing between NA and EU on R6 and CS

eu players are better than na players in almost any game i mean go watch tournaments u rarely see americans win unless its a fighting game or something.

From my experience of playing r6s in europe. They talk more and communicate more than asian server. Also they have great knowledge of english language and has a good accent of it.

Having my native server being EUS and switching to WEU and NEU, I agree, I placed Gold 2 in EU however on a controller and Gold 3 on EUS servers with a controller.

In the pro league scene i think european players are better at the game.

As far as I understand it
Asia>Europe>NA when it comes to gaming skills, but as with everything, there are exceptions. In fact when it comes to pro league NA has been doing pretty well too.
