Typicall Ash & Jaeger mains lvl 10 with 5-0 K/D. And their excuse is always "I'm not smurfing I was console player" but not even one admits he is actually smurfing. I think that smurfing should be bannable tho

Exactly. So a "skilled" player can't be banned, and is allowed to play against lower skilled players in order to increase his already high ego? What? You want a cookie for killing people with less experience and skill in the game? Smurfing is surely a toxic behaviour, if the real intention is to rekt the lower tiers of players so these so called pro smurfs can feel good about themselves

Smurfing if found with good evidence to ubisoft should be bannable.

The team is trying to get a better understanding for why these behaviors happen and identifiable behaviors to locate smurf accounts. It's really difficult to determine if someone is a smurf from looking at their account information. The only way to know would be if that player admitted to having a smurf account, which is not entirely reliable. We are fully aware it is a frustrating experience, and are still in the information collection+planning phase. We appreciate everyone sharing their experiences!

I think the best way is have a system in place to score how fast players do well in their games. Say a champion player from another account and then gets a new account, he instantly goes 13-0 in a casual match. This is also a good way to catch hackers or script users. Either someone finds out if their account is related via email, phone to any other account, then there is proof for a smurf. Especially for family sharing issues too on Steam. For the players in question, either place them against high ranking players or straight ban them. Other games do ban smurfs if found
