I am trying to play since 18h (15/12/2019) and the servers constantly fall...
I activated reforce of money in the night of 13/12/2019 and I can't play.... I try to contact in support but the website is down.
Please help!

I'm sorry that you have been unable to connect. have you tired any of the steps outlined in {LINK REMOVED}this FAQ?

Also, are you getting a specific error code?

Hello, thanks for the help but I don't think that's my problem because I was playing with my friends today until 16~17h and the server fall down.
We are trying to reconnect and play but the servers keeping offline....

Hi Ubi, me and all of my brazilians friends are having the same problem..
The servers are offline
Code: 3-0x0001000b
I try to fix my internet host but still have the same problem.
It's a regional problem?
And I activate my "credit powerup" (I don't know what is the name of this item in english) but I can't play, what I do?
