Is there any way to turn off the announcer guy?
He's getting on my nerves.

Go to settings -->audio-->Dialog volume and lower it disabled it as you see fit

However this will disable operator voice lines as well except some of nomads since she's bugged i hear her lines even tho my dialog volume is disabled since day 1
