Like Caveira's elite is pretty much like IQ, a gym outfit. Ela is a painter and Capitao is a regular citizen who enjoys football. I don't know how are these supposed to tie into the CTU/Military shooter theme that you've got going on. It's really weird to see these outfit in a "serious" game about counter terrorism.
I can even Tolerate the Ela Elite. I like the outfit itself, but I just don't think it really fits into the game. I really wish they would make more outfits that either look somewhat Tacticool (Thatcher, Lesion, Ash) or Historical (Blackbeard, Fuze, Mira [gorgeous elite btw, but the animation is wack]). One could argue that the IQ elite is "historical" but in my opinion, the elites I listed here are my kinda thing when it comes to the game, rather than flashy sports outfit that isnt really something you'd see a soldier wear.
