Z/X - prone/crouch
ALT/C - ability/gadget
CAPSLK/SHIFT - walk/sprint
CTRL/SPACE - vault/ADS*
*M2 for melee
I would LOVE to see how the movement on that looks, especially if you're still using WASD.
Problem can be remedied by assigning leans to mouse buttons, which works nicely - but now you're applying a bit of sideways force to your mouse, which can cause inaccuracy.
The only true solution then is:
Shift + spacebar
Now you have 3 fingers dedicated to moving/crouching, 2 dedicated fingers for leans. Your mouse is now free of any excess force applied to throw off your aim. If you assign leans to shift+space bar: your life is suddenly great, your wife is happy and the plebs online think you're a weirdo. You've won. It's time to have a rest and marvel at your signature look of superiority in the mirror.
Friends don't let friends use Q&E as lean.
It took a little while to get used to but I've had it like this since 2018 and it's just so much better than Q & E in my opinion.
