was zofias and elas concussion ability added for lore then properly balanced?
was arunis punch ability added for balance then added lore?
i think was ubisoft is saying there is they dont want to keep abilities created just for lore, but if there is a balance reason they will probably keep it
abilities like cavs interrogation, doks defender cams, yings self flash resistance are all explicitly explained, maybe some of these abilities were added for balance, maybe for lore
this is either a misunderstanding from the community or a miscommunication from ubisoft, but im leaning toward the former due to the fact there is more than 1 parameter in ubisofts reasoning
unrelated but,
there was another misunderstanding within the community regarding processors with less than 4 threads, people complained they couldnt run the game, eventually a developer explained what went on and said players with less than 4 logical cores cannot run the game
people just ignored the word logical and assumed it was physical cores... but logical cores is just another name for threads, you can probably guess how that went
Zofia's withstand is also very clearly explained.
All operator gadgets are created because of lore.
I think it makes things unique. Pretty much all ops that have hidden passives are things that make sense, like when Echo was immune to Dokk's phone calls, or Zofia and Ela being resistant to each other's stun abilities.
