Can't Buy R6 Credits

Everytime i try and purchase R6 Credits in game the game will tell me it is redirecting to steam only to say that something went wrong and to try again in a few seconds and it never actually redirects to steam this is at least the 5th time since I've played this game where i have issues with buying credits. 5 years and I'm still having problems with this.

Hey! I'm very sorry to read you've been facing this issue for so long.

My immediate thought is regarding overlays. Can you please make sure both the Steam & Ubisoft Connect overlays are enabled, then try gain?
